Currently we only offer shipping within Canada. If you would like a print shipped outside of Canada, please email us at hello@bluemoonprintshop.ca to arrange delivery.

Below are general shipping and handling timeframes. Please keep in mind these are estimates, not guarantees as factors such as shipping delays and supply chain issues can impact these estimates.

Handling
• 2-5 days for printing and dispatch.

Shipping
• Ontario: 1-3 days after dispatch.
• Rest of Canada: 3-5 days after dispatch.

We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with us at hello@bluemoonprintshop.ca, we’ll check your order status, and let you know how to proceed.

Lettermail: You will not receive a tracking number
Standard & Express: You will receive a tracking number via email that will contain a link to the mail carriers tracking information

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.

Typically only national postal operators (like Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Sometimes we use commercial companies (like Purolator) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

It is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility, depending on if the Postal code entered for your order was correct. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.

If they are unable to deliver your package it will be returned to us and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 3 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.

All prints are backed with a rigid cardboard insert and protected by a clear cellophane sleeve.

For tracked packages: packaged prints are then shipped in a rigid 0.5” cardboard box.
For Lettermail: packaged prints are flat shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you if this is the case.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address for your order was correct.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, you will have to get in touch with the carrier service and any replacements would have to be at your expense.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@bluemoonprintshop.ca, then we'll gladly send a replacement.
